I received a product I think is counterfeit — what should I do?

If you believe the BioSteel product you received may be counterfeit, stop using it immediately.

Contact BioSteel support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with:

  • Your order number and the channel you purchased from (biosteel.com, Amazon, retail store, etc.)
  • The product name, flavour, and lot number (printed on the bottom of the tub or back of the packet)
  • A description of what seems off — packaging, texture, smell, taste, or labelling differences

BioSteel takes counterfeit product seriously and will investigate. Do not discard the product until you've heard from the team.

To avoid counterfeit product, purchase directly through biosteel.com or from authorised retail partners listed at biosteel.com/pages/store-locator-retailers.
