How do I return a product purchased on Amazon?

Amazon orders must be returned through Amazon directly — BioSteel cannot process returns or refunds for purchases made on Amazon.

How to return via Amazon:

1. Go to amazon.com (or amazon.ca) and navigate to Returns & Orders.
2. Find the BioSteel order and select Return or Replace Items.
3. Follow the prompts to select your reason and print a return label.
