You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a claim. This applies to all claim types — damaged, missing, wrong items, expired product, undelivered, and returned-to-sender.
The 14-day window is counted from the delivery date shown in your tracking, not from the date you placed your order.
If you've missed the 14-day window, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number and a description of the issue. Late claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, though resolution cannot be guaranteed outside the window.
