My product seems defective or lower quality than before — what can I do?

If you've noticed a change in taste, texture, colour, or mixability and believe there may be a product issue, file a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery.

Include the following when filing:

  • Product name and flavour
  • Lot number (printed on the bottom of the tub or back of the packet)
  • Best-before date
  • A description of what you've noticed

The claims team will review and investigate. Note that BioSteel updated its formula in 2025, which may account for differences in taste or colour compared to previous batches — this is expected and is not a product defect.
