I found a foreign object in my product — what should I do?

Stop using the product immediately.

File a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims as soon as possible. This type of issue is treated as a quality investigation — the claims team will escalate it internally. Include as much detail as possible: the product name, flavour, lot number (found on the bottom of the tub or back of the packet), and best-before date.

Do not discard the product until you've heard from the claims team — they may ask for it to be returned for investigation.
