Some items are missing from my order — how do I claim them?

First, check whether your order may have shipped in multiple packages. BioSteel sometimes splits orders across more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number. Check your email for multiple shipping confirmations and track each one at biosteel.ca/apps/parcelpanel.

If an item is genuinely missing, file a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of what didn't arrive.
