I received the wrong product — how do I get the right one?

File a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery.

Before opening the incorrect product — if possible, keep it sealed. Opened products may affect the outcome of the claim.

The claim form will collect the details the team needs, including which product you received vs. what you ordered. Once reviewed — up to one week — the claims team will arrange to send the correct item or issue a refund.
