File a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and details about which product leaked and the extent of the damage.
If other products in the same shipment were also affected by the leak, include those in the same claim.
The claims team will review and arrange a replacement or refund. Claims take up to one week to process and you'll receive an email update once a decision has been made.
