Claims window
All claims — including damaged, missing, wrong, expired, and undelivered items — must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
How to file
Submit your claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims. The form collects all the information the claims team needs.
Do you need to return the product?
In most cases, no. For damaged, expired, or incorrect products, photo documentation submitted through the claim form is typically sufficient. The claims team will advise if a physical return is required.
Refund timeline
Once a claim is approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment method and bank.
Opened products
BioSteel does not accept returns on opened products for taste or preference reasons, except in first-order situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See "Can I return an opened product I didn't like?" for more detail.
Amazon orders
Orders placed through Amazon must be returned through Amazon directly. BioSteel cannot process returns or refunds for Amazon purchases. See "How do I return a product purchased on Amazon?"
