How to submit
File your claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims. The form will walk you through everything the team needs — you don't need to gather documents or send photos separately before submitting.
Key things to know:
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery — this is calculated from the date your package was delivered, not the date you ordered.
- Claims take up to one week to review.
- Once your claim is processed, you'll receive an email update from the claims team.
