My product arrived damaged — how do I file a claim?

File a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery. The claim form collects everything the team needs, including details about the damage and your order.

You don't need to contact the carrier first — BioSteel handles this on your behalf as part of the claims process.

Claims take up to one week to review. You'll receive an email once it's been processed with next steps on your replacement or refund.
