I received an expired product — what should I do?

Stop using the product and file a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery.

The claim form will ask for details including your order number, the product affected, and the best-before date. Have your product handy when filling it out so you can reference the lot number and date printed on the packaging.

Once your claim is reviewed — which takes up to one week — the claims team will be in touch with a resolution.
