If you're within the 4-hour edit window, you can cancel one of the orders in two ways:
- Log in to your account at biosteel.com/account, find the order, and use the edit option.
- Use the "Edit Your Order" link in your confirmation email.
After the edit window, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact as quickly as possible with both order numbers and a note indicating which one you'd like cancelled. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance one can be caught before it enters fulfilment.
If both orders have already shipped, you may be able to return one in unopened condition through the returns centre at biosteel.com/pages/returns. Note that BioSteel does not cover return shipping costs in this situation.
