- Check your surroundings first — verify the package wasn't left in an unexpected spot.
- File a police report — this creates an official record and may be required as part of the claims process.
- File a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and police report reference if available.
Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection to your order at checkout, BioSteel will work with you to resolve the issue. Without Shipping Protection, BioSteel cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.
For future orders, consider adding Shipping Protection and shipping to a secure address or requesting a signature-required delivery through the carrier.
