You have a 4-hour window after placing your order to make changes. You can cancel in two ways:
- Log in to your account at biosteel.com/account, find the order, and use the edit option directly from there.
- Use the "Edit Your Order" link in your confirmation email.
After that 4-hour window, your order has already moved to the warehouse for picking and packing. Contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number as quickly as possible and the team will check whether it can still be stopped. This can't be guaranteed once the window has passed.
