Why are customs or duties being charged on my order?

US customers

BioSteel covers all tariff and customs costs on US orders — you shouldn't be charged anything beyond what's shown at checkout. If you do receive an unexpected customs or duties charge, reach out at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number and we'll get it sorted so you don't have to pay it.

Canadian customers ordering domestically

No customs charges apply to orders within Canada.

International orders (outside Canada and US)

Customs duties and import taxes are assessed by the destination country's customs authority. These are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be predicted, quoted, or reimbursed by BioSteel. If you'd like to estimate potential charges before ordering, your country's customs authority website is the best resource.
