BioSteel cannot modify an address on an existing order. However, if your order hasn't shipped yet, the team can cancel it so you can re-place it with the correct address. Any refund would process within 5–10 business days.
If your order is within the 4-hour edit window, you can cancel and re-place with the correct address in two ways:
- Log in to your account at biosteel.com/account, find the order, and use the edit option.
- Use the "Edit Your Order" link in your confirmation email.
After the edit window, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number as quickly as possible.
If the order has already shipped, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number — some carriers offer in-transit address redirect options, though fees may apply and it isn't always possible.
To avoid this in future, double-check your full address — including apartment or unit number — before completing checkout.
