How do I track my BioSteel order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Carriers BioSteel uses

BioSteel ships with multiple carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your destination, order weight, and availability — you'll see which carrier is handling your order in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking tips

• Tracking information can take a few hours after your confirmation email to show live updates on the carrier's website.
• If your order contained multiple products, it may have shipped in separate parcels with different tracking numbers — check your email for multiple shipping confirmations.
