Carriers BioSteel uses
BioSteel ships with multiple carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your destination, order weight, and availability — you'll see which carrier is handling your order in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking tips
- Tracking information can take a few hours after your confirmation email to show live updates on the carrier's website.
- If your order contained multiple products, it may have shipped in separate parcels with different tracking numbers — check your email for multiple shipping confirmations.
