Orders are typically returned to sender when the delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, the package wasn't collected from a pickup location in time, or multiple delivery attempts failed.
What to do
File a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of the delivery attempt. Include your order number and a note explaining it was returned to sender — the team will arrange a reship or refund.
Note: BioSteel does not cover the cost of reshipping orders returned due to an address error. To avoid this, make sure your full address — including any unit or apartment number — is entered correctly before completing checkout.
