How do I cancel my order?

BioSteel has a 4-hour window after placing an order during which you can make changes or cancel. After that window closes, your order flows automatically to the warehouse and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Within 4 hours of placing your order

You can cancel in two ways:

• Log in to your account at biosteel.com/account, find the order, and use the edit option directly from there.
• Use the "Edit Your Order" link in your confirmation email.

After 4 hours

If the order hasn't shipped yet, contact BioSteel support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number — the team will check if it's still possible to cancel before it enters fulfilment.

If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Once it arrives, you can start a return at biosteel.com/pages/returns.
