Points are credited automatically when you're logged in at the time of purchase. If you placed orders as a guest before creating an account, those points won't be credited automatically.
To request retroactive points for past orders:
- Make sure you've created an account at biosteel.com/account using the same email address you ordered with.
- Contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order numbers and the email address on your account — the team will review what can be credited.
Note that retroactive points requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be available for all historical orders.
