Loyalty points may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period. To check your current expiry date:
- Log in at biosteel.com/account and go to the Rewards section.
- Your points balance and any expiry information will be displayed there.
To prevent points from expiring, keep your account active by making a purchase, leaving a review, or completing other earning activities before your expiry date.
If you're concerned about points that have already expired, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact.
