How do I claim a free product reward?

Some loyalty rewards unlock a free product — such as a water bottle or sample. To claim:

1. Log in at biosteel.com/account and go to the Rewards section.
2. Find the free product reward and check the points required.
3. Click Redeem to generate your reward code.
4. Apply the code at checkout. The product will be added to your order.

Note on shipping: Free product rewards may still require the order to meet the free shipping threshold, or a shipping fee may apply if the order total is below $99 CAD / $149 USD. Check at checkout before completing your order.
