My reward code showed the wrong amount at checkout — what should I do?

If your reward code is showing a lower value than expected at checkout, the most common reason is a minimum cart value requirement. Some rewards only apply their full value when the order total meets a minimum threshold.

Check the reward details in the Rewards section of your account to confirm the terms.

If the value looks genuinely incorrect — for example, the code is showing a lower dollar amount than what was advertised when you redeemed — contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with the code and details of what you expected vs. what was shown.

Note on CAD vs. USD: The loyalty program operates in Canadian dollars. If you're a US customer, reward values are in CAD, so the USD equivalent will appear slightly lower due to the exchange rate. This is expected and correct.
