I redeemed points but didn't get credit on my order — what should I do?

First, check whether a reward code was generated in your account:

  1. Log in at biosteel.com/account and go to the Rewards section.
  2. Look for any unused reward codes — if a code is there, you can still apply it.

If you have an unused code and your order was placed within the last 4 hours:

You can still add the discount yourself in two ways:

  • Via your confirmation email: Find your order confirmation email from BioSteel, click Edit Your Order, and apply your discount code there.
  • At checkout next time: Use the Your Rewards dropdown at checkout to apply any unused reward codes directly, or use Redeem your Points to apply points without generating a code first.

If your order was placed more than 4 hours ago, the edit window has closed. Contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number and the team will make sure you're not out of pocket.

If your points were deducted but no code was generated, contact support immediately at biosteel.com/pages/contact — include your account email and the team will investigate and make sure your points are restored.
