Can I use a discount code on a subscription order?

Yes — as of February 2025, you can apply loyalty reward codes to your subscription orders. Here's how:

1. Log in at biosteel.com/account and go to the Rewards section.
2. Redeem a reward to generate your discount code.
3. Go to the Subscriptions section of your account.
4. Under the product image in your subscription, select the option to Add a discount.
5. Paste your code and save.

Important: Apply the code before your subscription renews — once a subscription order has been placed, the discount can't be applied to that order.

Note: Standard promotional codes (not loyalty reward codes) generally can't be stacked with the subscription discount, as the subscription discount is already applied.
