How do I change the shipping address on my subscription?

You can update your subscription shipping address from your account at biosteel.com/account.

How to update

1. Log in and go to the Subscriptions section.
2. Select the subscription you want to update.
3. Find the Shipping address section and select Edit.
4. Enter your new address and save.

Timing: Update your address before your next scheduled billing date. If your order has already processed and shipped to the old address, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number from biosteel.ca/apps/parcelpanel — some carriers can redirect in-transit packages, though this isn't always possible.
