My subscription was cancelled but I didn't cancel it — what happened?

There are a few reasons a subscription may be cancelled automatically:

  • Failed payment: If a payment attempt fails and can't be recovered, the subscription may be cancelled automatically. You'll usually receive an email notification when this happens.
  • Out-of-stock item: In rare cases, a subscription may be cancelled if a product is discontinued or has been unavailable for an extended period.
  • Account issue: If there was a problem with your account, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact and the team will investigate.
