I didn't receive a confirmation email for my subscription — what should I do?

When you set up a subscription, BioSteel sends a welcome/confirmation email to the address on your account.

If you didn't receive it:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Make sure you're checking the inbox of the email address you used at checkout.
  3. Log in to your account at biosteel.com/account and go to the Subscriptions section — if your subscription is listed there and showing as active, it's set up correctly even without the email.

If your subscription doesn't appear in your account, or you're unsure whether it was created successfully, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact.
