Here are the most common reasons a discount code might not apply:
- Expired: Reward codes have an expiry date. Check the code in your Rewards section to confirm it's still valid.
- Minimum cart value: Some rewards require a minimum order total. Check the reward details.
- One use per customer: Codes are single-use and can't be reused once applied.
- Subscription orders: Discount codes generally can't be stacked with the subscription discount. See the article "Can I use a discount code on a subscription order?" for how to apply a code to a subscription specifically.
- Only one discount at a time: Only one code can be applied per order.
- Case sensitivity or typo: Paste the code rather than typing it manually, or use the Your Rewards dropdown at checkout to apply it directly without a code.
