There are a few reasons points may not be appearing in your account:
- Guest checkout: If you checked out as a guest rather than logging in, points won't be automatically credited. Log in at biosteel.com/account using the same email you ordered with and contact support to have the points added manually.
- Account mismatch: Points are credited to the email address on the order. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you're checking the right account.
- Processing delay: Points can take a short time to appear after an order is placed. If it's been more than 24 hours and your points still aren't showing, contact support.
To check your current balance, log in and go to the Rewards section of your account. If you believe points are missing, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number and we'll look into it.
