How do I redeem my BioSteel loyalty points?

You can redeem your loyalty points in two ways — from your account, or directly at checkout.

Option 1: Redeem from your account

1. Log in at biosteel.com/account and go to the Rewards section.
2. Browse the available rewards and select the one you'd like.
3. Click Redeem — a discount code will be generated for you.
4. Copy the code and apply it at checkout in the discount field.

Option 2: Redeem at checkout

When you're logged in and proceed to checkout, you'll see two loyalty widgets:

• Redeem your Points — enter the number of points you'd like to redeem and apply them directly to your order.
• Your Rewards — a dropdown showing any reward codes you've already generated. Select one to apply it to your order without needing to copy and paste a code.

Important: Make sure to apply your points or reward code before completing your order — discounts can't be applied after an order has been placed.
