There are a couple of reasons your subscription may have shipped earlier than expected:
- Product returned to stock: If an item in your subscription was previously out of stock and is now available, your order may have processed as soon as stock was restored.
- Billing cycle adjustment: Changes to your frequency, skipped orders, or edits to your subscription can occasionally shift your billing date.
You can check your current renewal date at any time in your account at biosteel.com/account.
If the early shipment was a mistake and the order hasn't shipped yet, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact as quickly as possible with your order number.
