How do I update my payment method on my subscription?

You can update your payment details from your account at biosteel.com/account.

How to update

1. Log in and go to the Subscriptions section.
2. Select the subscription you want to update.
3. Find the Payment method section and select Update.
4. Enter your new card details and save.

If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically. BioSteel will send you an email to let you know — update your payment details as soon as possible to avoid disruption to your subscription.
