How do I add or remove a product from my subscription?

You can add or remove products from your active subscription at biosteel.com/account.

Adding a product

  1. Log in and go to the Subscriptions section.
  2. Select your subscription and look for the option to Add product.
  3. Choose the product and flavour you'd like to add and save.

Removing a product

  1. Go to the Subscriptions section and select your subscription.
  2. Find the product you want to remove and select Remove.
  3. Confirm the change.

Note: If you have multiple active subscriptions and want to consolidate them into one shipment, you can add products from one subscription into another and cancel the separate subscription. This avoids multiple shipping charges. For help with this, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact.
