How do I manage my subscription — edit, change, update?

Everything subscription-related is managed from your account at biosteel.com/account. From there you can:

  • Pause or skip upcoming orders
  • Change your delivery frequency (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days)
  • Swap products or flavours
  • Add or remove products
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Log in steps

  1. Go to biosteel.com/account and log in.
  2. Navigate to the Subscriptions section.
  3. Select the subscription you want to manage and make your changes.
