How do I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription from your account at biosteel.com/account.

How to pause

1. Log in and go to the Subscriptions section.
2. Find the subscription you want to pause and select Pause subscription.
3. Choose how long you'd like to pause for and confirm.

Pausing vs. skipping: Pausing puts your entire subscription on hold for a set period. Skipping just skips one upcoming delivery. If you only want to miss one shipment, skipping is the better option.

Resuming: To resume a paused subscription, go back to your Subscriptions section and select Resume subscription. Your next order will process on the next scheduled date after you resume.
