My subscription discount isn't applying — what should I do?

BioSteel subscribers receive a discount on every recurring order. If your discount doesn't appear to be applying correctly, here are the most common reasons:

  • First subscription order: The discount should apply from your first subscription order. If it didn't, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number.
  • Code conflict: Promotional codes generally cannot be stacked with the subscription discount — only one discount applies per order. The only ones that can generally be applied to subscription orders are Loyalty Points codes. 
  • Cart issue: If you're seeing an issue at checkout, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and attempting again.

If you've been charged more than expected and believe your subscription discount wasn't applied correctly, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number and we'll get it sorted.
