How do I cancel my BioSteel subscription?

You can manage your subscription — including cancelling — directly from your account at biosteel.com/account. From there you can also pause, skip orders, change products, or adjust your frequency before deciding to cancel.

Important: cancelling a subscription is not the same as cancelling an order.

Your subscription has two separate components:

  • The subscription — the recurring billing schedule. Cancelling this stops all future charges and shipments.
  • Individual orders — each charge created when your subscription processes. Cancelling a specific order does not cancel the subscription itself; future charges will still occur on schedule.

If you only want to stop your next shipment without cancelling entirely, use the skip or pause option instead.
