Subscriptions must be altered before the next order date and an email is sent 4 days prior to the next order date allowing customers time to manage on their own accord or request assistance. Customers have direct access to manage the subscribed products in-between "next order" dates. Orders can not be altered or change on the "next order" date, this must be done beforehand.
Why can’t I edit my Subscription order?
