My BioSteel is clumping or not dissolving properly — is it still okay?

Clumping is common with powdered supplements and is usually caused by exposure to humidity or temperature changes — not a product defect.

How to fix it:

  • Break up any clumps with a spoon or by shaking the closed tub before opening
  • Add the powder to the water (not the other way around) and stir or shake well
  • Use a shaker bottle for best results
  • Cold water dissolves the powder more easily than warm

Is it still safe to use?

Yes — clumping doesn't affect the product's safety, efficacy, or nutritional content.

To prevent clumping:

Store your BioSteel in a cool, dry place away from humidity. Avoid leaving the tub open for extended periods or storing it in damp environments like near a sink or in a gym bag.

If the product smells off, has changed colour unexpectedly, or the clumping seems severe, it may indicate a storage or quality issue. In that case, file a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery.
