How do I read the lot number / batch code on my product?

Where to find it:

  • Tubs: The lot number is printed on the bottom of the tub.
  • Stick packets / single-serve packets: The lot number is printed on the back of the packet.

What it looks like:

The lot number is typically a combination of letters and numbers (e.g. L24A0312). It identifies the specific production batch your product came from.

When you might need it:

  • Filing a claim for a damaged, expired, or quality issue at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims
  • Requesting a Certificate of Analysis or batch test result for certification purposes
  • Reporting a product quality concern to support

Have it handy before contacting support — it helps the team investigate your specific batch quickly.
