If an order is returned or refunded, the loyalty points earned on that order will be reversed from your account. This keeps your points balance consistent with your actual purchases.
If you believe points weren't reversed correctly after a return, or weren't credited back when they should have been, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number and the team will look into it.
Store credit and points: If your refund was issued as store credit rather than back to your original payment method, your points balance should not be affected — contact support if you're seeing anything unexpected.
