Where to find it
Store credit appears in your account at biosteel.com/account. It's applied automatically at checkout when you're logged in — you don't need a code.
Expiry
Store credit may have an expiry date. Check your account for the details on any credit you've received.
If you believe you should have received store credit but it's not showing in your account, contact support at biosteel.com/pages/contact with your order number.
