How do I delete my BioSteel account?

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact BioSteel support at biosteel.com/pages/contact.

Before you delete

• Active subscriptions: Cancel any active subscriptions before requesting deletion. Manage them at biosteel.com/tools/recurring/login.
• Loyalty points: Any unredeemed loyalty points will be permanently forfeited. Apply your points to an order before requesting deletion.
• Order history: Access to your order history will be lost. Save any records you need for warranty or claims purposes beforehand.

Data retention

BioSteel retains certain transaction data for legal and financial compliance purposes even after account deletion. For more information, see the privacy policy at biosteel.com/policies/privacy-policy.
