How do I update my account email or personal details?

Updating your name, email, or password

You can update your account details directly from your BioSteel account:

1. Log in at biosteel.com/account/login.
2. Click on your account name or navigate to Account Details.
3. From here you can update your name, email address, and password directly — just make your changes and save.

Updating subscription-specific details (billing address, payment method)

Subscription-related details are managed through the Recharge customer portal, which is separate from your main BioSteel account. Access it at biosteel.com/tools/recurring/login, or via the link in any of your subscription emails.
