I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Resetting your password

1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email — it usually arrives within a few minutes.
4. Click the link in the email. Note: reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, repeat the process to get a fresh link.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Reset email not arriving?

- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you're using the same email you registered with. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one.
- Add `support@biosteel.com` to your contacts to prevent future emails from going to spam.

If none of the above works, contact BioSteel support and include the email address you're trying to recover.
