How do I log in to my BioSteel account?

Your BioSteel account gives you access to your order history, loyalty points, and subscription management. Here's how to get in.

Logging in

1. Go to [biosteel.com](https://www.biosteel.com) and click the account icon in the top-right corner.
2. Enter the email address you used when you placed your first order.
3. Enter your password and click Sign In.

Can't find your account?

If you receive a "no account found" error, it's possible your order was placed as a guest. Try the password reset option first — if there's an account tied to your email, a reset link will be sent.

If you're still unable to log in, contact BioSteel support with your order number and the email address you believe is on file.
