How do I check the expiry date on my BioSteel product?

Where to find it:

• Tubs: The best-before date is printed on the bottom of the tub.
• Stick packets / single-serve packets: The best-before date is printed on the back of the packet.

How to read the date:

The date is printed in a standard format (e.g. BB 2026/08 or Best Before AUG 2026). This indicates the month and year by which the product should be used.

If your product is expired or close to expiry:

• If it was delivered expired or with very little shelf life remaining, file a claim at biosteel.com/pages/order-claims within 14 days of delivery.
• If you've had the product for a while and it has naturally reached its best-before date, it's best to discard it and order a fresh supply.
